What you'll be doing: You won't be cold-calling strangers off a list. Our client's leads come in warm — merchants who already reached out or were nurtured by the client's own team. Your job is to pick up that warm conversation, understand what the business needs, and close the deal. Then you'll help them through the paperwork (application, banking info, ID docs) and follow up until they're fully set up. You're closing deals and seeing them through — not just dialing.

Here's what you're signing up for:

- Independent Contractor role, full-time.

- Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.

- Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.

- Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.

- Some calls may be in Tagalog depending on which account you're placed on

What we need from you:

- 1-2 years of outbound or closing phone-sales experience — SDR, telesales, appointment-setting-to-close, anything where you've worked a phone and closed

- Excellent spoken English — this is the single biggest thing our client is looking for

- Experience selling merchant services, credit-card processing, payment processing, fintech, or POS systems is a big plus (not required, but it'll stand out)

- Comfortable asking for the deal, not just chatting — if you've got a story about closing something tough, we want to hear it

- A quiet space to work and stable home internet
