Sales / Leasing Manager

Full-Time Position Quick Overview : No leasing or real estate experience is required. Instead, we are looking for someone who is a sales all-star. We have a great culture with a focus on winning. This role is focused on building our entire lead to lease funnel, managing all in-person showings, and helping roll out a state-of-the-art virtual showing sales system for our leasing team. What You’ll Do:
- Work the lead to lease process.
- Own the process of showings, applications, leasing, move-ins, and everything in between using G-Suite software, AppFolio, and Slack with the support of our full local and virtual leasing team.
- Earn commissions for each new resident lease/new move-in, and each renewal lease executed.
- Provide top-tier service to our future and current residents.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- **MUST be tech-savvy—familiar with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM and/or property management software**
- Ability to think independently and problem solve is paramount!
- You must be a CLOSER.

- 2 weeks PTO (minimum): No waiting period with ramp up from there.
