About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with working professionals through leads generated by the marketing team.

2. Understand the candidate's career background, goals, challenges and requirements.

3. Conduct effective counselling and consultative conversations with prospective clients.

4. Explain Prime Pathway's career services and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

5. Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.

6. Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.

7. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

8. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

9. Achieve individual counselling, conversion and revenue targets.

10. Coordinate with the Senior Consultant/concerned team members wherever required.

11. Ensure a smooth experience for prospects throughout the counselling and conversion process.
