As a Customer Service Executive at PrimePathway, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-notch service to our clients. Your proficiency in spoken Hindi will be a key asset in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Interacting with clients in a professional and polite manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Actively pursuing customer acquisition opportunities to expand our client base.

4. Utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to keep track of client interactions and preferences.

5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

6. Providing feedback to the management team on client needs and market trends.

7. Resolving client disputes and complaints in a timely and efficient manner to uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.
