The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive , you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting enterprise sales efforts across a rapidly growing market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, consultative selling, and building strong customer relationships.

You'll work closely with company leadership, solution experts, and delivery teams to help organizations understand how Gradera can support their AI and transformation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target accounts

Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels

Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Qualify opportunities and understand customer business challenges

Schedule and support discovery meetings, demonstrations, and solution discussions

Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions

Maintain pipeline activity and forecast accuracy within CRM systems

Participate in industry events and market outreach activities

Help grow Gradera's brand and presence in key markets

What We're Looking For

3-7 years of sales, business development, account executive, or client-facing experience

Experience selling technology, professional services, SaaS, consulting, or related solutions preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to identify opportunities and generate new business

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities

Interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
