We’re looking for a friendly, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative to support sales operations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, proactive with follow-ups, and skilled at turning incoming leads into booked jobs.
About the Role

The Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative will manage incoming leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with potential customers, and provide general sales administrative support. This role requires a strong customer service mindset combined with the ability to guide potential customers through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers.

Respond to incoming leads and lead forms promptly.

Follow up consistently with prospective customers to encourage bookings.

Help convert leads into booked jobs through friendly and confident communication.

Maintain organized lead records and track follow-up activities.

Provide general sales administrative support.

Use ServiceTitan and Dialpad to manage customer communications and sales activities.

Ensure potential customers receive timely, professional, and helpful service throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and phone skills.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is an advantage.

Friendly, personable, and customer-focused approach.

Confident communicating with potential customers and following up on leads.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple incoming leads.

Comfortable balancing customer service with sales and booking goals.

Experience with ServiceTitan and Dialpad is preferred.
