RSA Archer Developer (Contract)

Remote (India) | CET Working Hours
6–12 Months | Start Q1 2026

Were hiring an experienced RSA Archer Developer to support enterprise‑level Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives for a global customer. This is a fully remote contract role, ideal for professionals who enjoy working in international, distributed teams.
Role Overview

- Design, configure, and enhance RSA Archer applications

- Customize workflows, calculated fields, and data‑driven events

- Build and support integrations using APIs and data feeds

- Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting

- Work closely with global stakeholders in CET hours

What You Bring

- 3+ years experience as an RSA Archer Developer

- Strong knowledge of RSA Archer architecture and GRC modules

- Hands‑on experience with workflows, data feeds, and integrations

- RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Professional (mandatory)

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with GRC frameworks

- Agile delivery exposure

- SQL or scripting basics
