Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified and experienced California Civil & Probate Litigation Paralegal .
Paralegal Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience

- Strong experience with California civil and/or probate litigation

- Familiarity with California court rules, procedures, and filing requirements

- Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

- Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadline management

- Ability to organize and manage case files and discovery materials

- Experience coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events

- Strong drafting and document preparation skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
