Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups

- Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations

- Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems

- Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success

Qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus
