🔹 Build and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems

🔹 Create and execute comprehensive test strategies that balance automation with effective exploratory and manual testing

🔹 Own test management processes, ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and release objectives

🔹 Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines to support reliable, predictable releases

🔹 Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

🔹 Expand and maintain regression coverage as platforms and business processes evolve

🔹 Validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected technologies

🔹 Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution

🔹 Develop robust test data and environment management practices

🔹 Deliver release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders

🔹 Evaluate emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve product quality and delivery speed

✔ Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across both automated and manual testing disciplines

✔ Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms

✔ Proven ability to design effective test strategies for complex business applications and workflows

✔ Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling

✔ Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation

✔ Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions

✔ Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices

✔ Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages

✔ Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices

✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
