About the Role

SmartScale360 is hiring a Property Management Specialist to support our growing U.S.-based property management clients by overseeing daily property operations, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage short-term rental and vacation rental properties and daily property operations

- Handle guest communication across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, email, phone, and messaging

- Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service

- Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and property-related requests

- Monitor property maintenance, supplies, inventory, and overall property standards

- Maintain accurate Airbnb, Vrbo, and property listings

- Process guest refunds and track property damage claims

- Maintain SOPs, property records, reports, and operational documentation

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in Property Management, Property Operations, Short-Term Rentals, Vacation Rentals, Airbnb Management, Guest Services, or Hospitality

- Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or short-term rental operations

- Strong English communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment

- Experience coordinating vendors, cleaners, maintenance, or service providers

- Familiarity with Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, or other Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred

Tools You'll Use

- Property Management: Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty Locks, Guesty Accounting, or similar platforms

- Productivity: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

- Communication: Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

Work-From-Home Requirements

- Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM

- Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection

- Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source

Schedule

- Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client

- Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week

- Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs
