Key Responsibilities:

The ´´Project Manager, Enablement, Philanthropy Alliance´´ supports the development of an enablement strategy for high-net-worth and oversees change management through the implementation of the high-net-worth fundraising capability model globally. Delivers reliable and clear communication and participates in the development of an irresistible team culture across regions and cultures. Communicates and coordinates directly with donors, fundraisers, partner organizations, and executive leadership to develop, implement, and track enablement services. This role also collaborates with executives, philanthropy leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver fundraising resources, experiences, and capability consulting that enable the growth of high-net-worth fundraising in a systematic and scalable model. Works from a foundation of strong, supportive relationships and acts as a trusted partner and source of insight to facilitate partnership between Service Centres and offices, to enable the achievement of Alliance strategic goals and initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as consultant for at least 19 Philanthropy Alliance (PA) offices, both practitioners, Philanthropy executives and senior leaders, on the fundamental core capabilities of a high-net-worth fundraising system and the Global Signature Initiatives (GSI’s).

- Understand and articulate World Vision ’s models of the Philanthropy Alliance, transformational development, Donor Journey treatment model, and Moves Management strategy.

- Develop a change management narrative connecting new resources to HNW segment insights and core fundraising capabilities.

- Represent the Service Centre to the Philanthropy Alliance and advocate and negotiate for the Philanthropy Alliance offices back to the Service Centre.

- Negotiate adjustments to services with Philanthropy executives, accounting for global scope of changes and impacts to other offices.

- Develop clarity in systems to deliver results where roles and ownership are unclear.

- Identify and amplify strong stories of impact for use in HNW fundraising and change management.

- Facilitate and coordinate the cultivation, expansion, and stewardship of partnerships, internal processes, and execution of fundraising strategy.

- Communicate and coordinate directly with high-value donors who give over $100K, fundraisers, partner organizations and executive leadership to develop, implement and track enablement services.

- Communicate clearly and directly across cultures and time zones with appropriate tone per audience.

Coordinate with Philanthropy Alliance Service Centres to deliver high-net-worth fundraising enablement services (proposals/offers, reports, training, and events, etc.) in support of the Moves Management fundraising model.

- Lead selection, implementation, and ongoing management of systems for critical donor servicing requirements.

- Plan and facilitate meetings, especially for the purpose of training fundraisers and supporting change management.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams across many different disciplines to deliver services required as part of the Service Level Agreements to at least 19 Support Offices. Project Manager will work regularly with Product Marketing, Programme & Sector Leads, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Vision Trips, Events, Communications, Video Production, and more.
