Greenhouse is looking for a Program Manager, Product + GTM Enablement to join our team!
This Program Manager will build and scale the enablement programs that help our Sales and Customer Success teams sell and support a fast-evolving product portfolio. This role owns the operational and curriculum backbone of GTM Enablement: turning product launches into repeatable training, managing the logistics and communications behind every rollout, and building the systems that let enablement scale across multiple audiences.

You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, and work directly with the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team. This role is a strong fit for an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who turns ambiguity into training sellers can act on, and is able to own enablement programs end-to-end.
Who will love this job

- A structured operator - You bring order and organization to fast-moving launches: rosters, timelines, trackers, content, comms, and collaboration.

- A strong curriculum designer - You can take a product release and turn it into clear, reusable enablement, training, and job aids that change what reps do in the field.

- A cross-functional collaborator - You're comfortable coordinating PMM, Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps, and you move work forward without formal authority.

- An AI adopter - You look for practical ways to use AI tools such as Glean, Claude, and more to automate manual work and free up time for what needs a human.

- A biased-for-action doer - You move fast, ship, and iterate in a dynamic environment rather than waiting for perfection

- A measurement-minded teammate - You care whether training actually landed, and you'll track completion, sentiment, and behavior to prove it.

What you’ll do

- Build and maintain product curriculum: eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for product launches and ongoing releases.

- Own launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, session logistics, communications, invites, and follow-ups.

- Maintain the systems that support enablement: tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents, including turning the outputs into insights for stakeholders.

- Partner on measurement: completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate enablement impact.

- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

You should have

- 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or a related GTM operations role in tech.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of running multiple launches or programs at once.

- Instructional design experience, you've built training, job aids, or curriculum that people actually used. Direct GTM experience preferred.

- Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate product briefs into concise, field-ready language.

- Proficient with enablement tech stacks (LMS, conversation intelligence, CRM) and comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.

- A data-informed mindset, using completion and feedback data to prioritize work and improve programs.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and good judgment about when to automate versus when human decision-making matters most.

- Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS industry, a plus.

- Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities w
