Position: Program Analyst, Journeyman

Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support AUKUS-related program activities. This position supports the coordination and execution of complex multinational program efforts in support of mission and program objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day AUKUS program activities across multiple workstreams to support continuity, alignment, and timely execution.

- Track program actions, deliverables, milestones, and decisions, maintaining visibility into status and identifying potential gaps, delays, or outstanding actions.

- Maintain program documentation and records, including action logs, working documents, stakeholder inputs, decision records, and other supporting materials.

- Prepare program updates, reports, briefings, and readouts that communicate status, key issues, risks, and outstanding actions to program leadership and stakeholders.

- Coordinate meetings and communications across internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners, including Australian suppliers, to support information sharing, follow-up actions, and alignment of program activities.

- Support program leadership with the coordination and execution of activities necessary to meet program objectives and requirements.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, STEM, International Affairs, or a related field.

- At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, program management support, program analysis, or a related field.

- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives.

- Ability to analyze program information, identify issues or potential impacts, and communicate findings effectively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, government acquisition, contracting, or other defense-related programs.

- Experience supporting multinational or international programs involving coordination with foreign partners or stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Security Assistance, Security Cooperation, or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

- Familiarity with AUKUS-related programs, initiatives, or activities.

- Experience coordinating activities across engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other technical or functional teams.

For individuals hired to work remotely, ITC Defense provides the following reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the individual’s skills, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. The individual hired into this role would not necessarily be expected to receive compensation at or near the top of the range, and the final compensation decision will depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 annually .
