GDIT is hiring a Program Analyst to support the CMS Medicaid Integrity Institute (MII) mission.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a MII Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). You will play a crucial role in supporting state Medicaid agencies' program integrity efforts as a member of the MII Program Management Office (PMO) team.

- Support the development, maintenance, and adherence to PMO processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.

- Collaborate with MII team members, stakeholders, and external clients to ensure day‑to‑day program activities run smoothly.

- Drive administrative logistics and documentation management for shared drives and program records to ensure completeness and version control.

- Utilize strong communication skills to work as a liaison between the program and divisional/corporate PMO resources.

- Capture accurate meeting minutes during internal and client-facing meetings and distribute finalized documentation in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered)

- Experience: 2+ years of related experience

- Technical skills: Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint).

- Role requirements: Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $73,865. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
