About The Role

Join our client’s Product Design Team as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the experience of a global volunteering platform. You'll work alongside passionate designers, engineers, and product managers to solve real problems and create intuitive experiences that make a genuine impact.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and delivery

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously improve the platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in an agile environment

- Champion the customer voice in every decision, turning insight into shared team understanding

- Create journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that inform product decisions

- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive satisfaction and growth

- Identify and prioritize UX improvements across the platform and contribute to our evolving design system

- Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences

- Track product performance through analytics and user feedback, and iterate against it

- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery

What You'll Need

- Experience & craft

- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies

- A portfolio that shows your process and reasoning, not just finished screens

- Strong UI craft with a passion for accessible, functional interfaces

- Experience designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications

- Product & problem-solving skills

- A strong product lens — the ability to understand customer needs and motivations and translate them into product opportunities

- Ability to think holistically about end-to-end experiences and articulate trade-offs within a broader ecosystem

- Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-moving, undefined projects

- Collaboration and communication

- Ability to articulate ideas clearly, reason through decisions, and use storytelling to influence stakeholders

- Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
