Principal Product Manager, Comet Manufacturing - East Coast US Remote (US)

Cimpress businesses and their in-house/third-party vendors (fulfillers) manufacture customized products that help our end-customers make an impression. In fulfilling the demand for such customized products, we are not only faced with the fulfillment problems like any other ecommerce company, but also have the challenge of manufacturing and delivering products unique to each customer’s needs, on time and at the lowest possible cost.

Comet Operations is the core engine driving standardized manufacturing shopfloor operations. Our mission is to make Comet the self-service standard for shopfloor operations by empowering manufacturing teams to design, model, and deploy adaptable, zero-code production workflows without delays. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager in this product function. In this role, you will be accountable for the product roadmap of your products, prioritizing requests and ideas by understanding the business value and impact.
What You Will Do

Build Roadmap: Create and own a 2–3 year roadmap that ties to the vision and strategy of your product.

Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment: As a Senior PM, you will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations. You will build consensus among product managers on cross functional capabilities.

Deliver for Real-World Manufacturing: Collaborate with diverse and global product and engineering teams through the product life cycle, from concept through delivery

Lead with Data: Define, measure, and publish product metrics to fully understand the performance of your product

- 6+ years of product management experience, in a business or technical field

Product Mindset: Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
