Powerpoint-to-Video Project

PowerPoint Designer / Video Editor – Turn Existing Presentation Into Professional Vide

We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to take an existing presentation and turn it into a polished, professional presentation that can also be exported as an MP4 video.

The PowerPoint is already substantially built and contains much of the content, photos, and information needed. This is **not a presentation that needs to be created from scratch.**

### Scope of Work

You will:

- Review and improve the existing PowerPoint presentation

- Clean up slide layouts, typography, spacing, alignment, and overall design

- Create a consistent and professional visual style throughout the presentation

- Improve the presentation of photos and project examples

- Add tasteful animations to text, photos, graphics, and other elements where appropriate

- Add professional slide transitions

- Ensure animations and transitions work properly when the presentation is exported to video

- Prepare the presentation for slide-by-slide narration

- Add and synchronize narration/audio provided by the client

- Adjust slide and animation timing to match the narration

- Export the completed presentation as a high-quality MP4 video

- Deliver the final editable PowerPoint file so the client can update the presentation in the future

### Final Deliverables

1. Final polished and fully editable `.PPTX` PowerPoint file

2. PowerPoint with animations, transitions, narration, and timing properly configured

3. Final high-quality `.MP4` video

4. All editable/source assets used in the project, if applicable

5. Up to **3 rounds of revisions**

### What We're Looking For

You should have strong experience with:

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- PowerPoint animations and transitions

- Presentation design

- Audio/narration synchronization

- PowerPoint-to-video/MP4 exporting

- Creating professional corporate or nonprofit presentations

The finished presentation should feel polished and engaging, but **not overly flashy or over-animated**. We want clean, professional motion that enhances the presentation rather than distracting from the content.

### Important

The client needs to be able to update the PowerPoint later, so everything should remain as editable as possible. Please do not build the project in After Effects or another video program in a way that makes future PowerPoint editing difficult.

When applying, please include:

- Examples of PowerPoint presentations you have designed

- Examples involving PowerPoint animation, if available

- Confirmation that you can create an editable PowerPoint that can be exported into an MP4 with narration

- Your estimated turnaround time

**Fixed project budget: $200 USD**
