About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Create graphics and visual assets for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, social media posts, and other digital content.

2. Design engaging thumbnails, covers, promotional creatives, and supporting graphics for YouTube and social media.

3. Create professional PowerPoint presentations for weekly events and programs hosted by Lets Unbound.

4. Design and format e-books, including covers, page layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements.

5. Create and edit short-form videos with graphics, text, transitions, and other visual elements.

6. Use AI tools to create, enhance, edit, and optimize graphics, videos, presentations, and other creative assets.

7. Explore and effectively use new AI tools to improve the speed, creativity, and quality of content production.

8. Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across social media, presentations, e-books, and video content.

9. Work with the content and marketing teams to understand requirements and convert ideas into engaging visual content.

10. Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:
- 1. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- 2. Candidates proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- 3. Strong working knowledge of AI tools for graphic design, video creation, image generation, editing, and content creation is mandatory.
- 4. Candidates should be comfortable learning and working with new AI creative tools.
- 5. Candidates with experience creating social media graphics, YouTube content, presentations, and e-books.
- 6. Candidates with a strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
- 7. Candidates with good visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.
- 8. Candidates who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- 9. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video-editing software is preferred.
- 10. Sunday availability is mandatory. The weekly day off will be any one day during the week, based on the work schedule.
