Platform Engineering - Intern
3-Month Unpaid Internship → 1-Year Full-Time Trainee Program → Software Engineer / Product Role
Conversion is performance-based and is not guaranteed. Candidates will be evaluated on learning ability, technical/product capability, ownership, problem-solving, communication, collaboration and potential.
Internship Note:
This is a structured three-month internship and learning opportunity. The program is designed to provide practical exposure to Vector, real-world customer problems, mentorship, and hands-on product development. Any subsequent employment opportunity will be subject to performance, business requirements, and applicable company policies.
About Us:
ProArch is a global software development and consultancy firm specializing in cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation solutions. We are building Vector, an AI-native enterprise platform designed to help organizations understand, optimize, and automate their cloud operations.
Vector uses a Six Intelligence Model - Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective, and Adaptive - to progressively move from answering questions to predicting outcomes, recommending actions, learning from results, and eventually enabling autonomous operations.
Requirements
Platform Engineering Interns help build Vector across three connected engineering tracks: Frontend & Experience, API & Data, and AI & Intelligence. You will join one common engineering team, contribute across the platform, and develop deeper expertise based on your strengths, interests, and the needs of the product.
You will not be hired into a narrow technology silo. A candidate may begin with strength in one area and grow into another through real product work, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
Engineering Tracks and Technologies:
Interns may contribute across all three areas and will develop deeper expertise in one or more tracks based on demonstrated strengths and interests.

- Build working product capabilities across Vector's experience, platform, data, and intelligence layers.
- Translate real enterprise use cases into clear user experiences, reliable services, usable data, and evaluated AI capabilities.
- Create test cases, evaluate results, analyze failures and edge cases, and improve the quality, reliability, and performance of your work.
- Engineering practices: use Git, write documentation and tests, debug issues, participate in code reviews, and build maintainable software with the wider product and engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, or a similar language.
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and software development.
- Familiarity with at least one relevant area: frontend development, REST APIs, SQL/data, or AI/ML concepts.
- Basic familiarity with Git and the willingness to write, test, debug, and improve code.
- Interest in AI-native products, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and modern application development.
- Strong analytical ability, curiosity, ownership, communication, and willingness to experiment and learn.
- Nice to have: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Spark, OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks, vector databases, charting libraries, or Microsoft Teams development.
