Phone Agent

We are US-based home improvement company looking for a full-time, home based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report jobs completed and ongoing tasks.

2. Update the list of contacts in our CRM and organize them according to the proper categories.

3. Take inbound sales calls, customer requests, and complaints and make outbound calls.

4. Respond to customer reviews, questions via phone call, email , live chat, or SMS.

5 Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow-up with the leads.

6. Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our CRM system.

7. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

You need to have excellent English skills.

Full-time position,

Work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time $4 to start, with raises every six months, and performance bonuses every three months.

If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries via phone call, email , live chat, SMS.
