Performance Marketing Coach

We're looking for a full-time team member to support our Done-With-You (DWY) Facebook & Google Ads clients with world-class coaching, and strategic support. [Strictly no agencies – don't apply].

We're a leading ads agency in the UK with 300+ active clients ranging from startup ecom businesses, all the way up to A-list celebs. Our DWY service is designed to give clients not just answers, but the thinking behind the answers - so they can learn, grow, and scale their accounts confidently.

This isn’t your standard media buying role. You won’t be inside ad accounts every day setting up campaigns. Instead, you’ll be coaching, auditing, and giving high-leverage feedback to clients on everything that drives paid performance - ads, funnels, emails, offers, and business models.

What We’re Looking For

- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Direct response marketing chops (you understand offers, funnels, LTV, CRO)
- Clear and confident communication skills - you can teach, not just do
- A positive, proactive mindset and radically candid style
- Bonus: Experience in coaching, mentoring, or consulting clients

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 / year
