Job Overview

We're looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team and help drive business growth by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners in Brazil . If you have sales experience, a passion for business development, and enjoy a good challenge, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners in the Brazilian market, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Develop sales strategies to meet (and exceed) established targets.

Identify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.

Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.

Negotiate agreements and ensure client/partner needs are met while upholding the company's reputation.

Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

What We Value

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products.

Top-notch communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
