Working directly with SAP Fioneer 's Executive Leadership Team and senior executives from the world's leading banks and insurers, you will shape strategic priorities, drive industry-defining innovation, and influence decisions that create lasting impact across markets and clients.
Your Mandate

- Partner with SAP Fioneer 's Executive Leadership Team and C-level leaders across the Financial Services industry

- Shape the strategic agenda, growth ambitions, and long-term market positioning of SAP Fioneer

- Create new growth platforms, business models, and industry-defining opportunities

- Drive strategic decisions and initiatives that determine where SAP Fioneer and the industry go next

Requirements

Who You Are

- 10+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting

- Proven track record of advising senior executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions

- Deep expertise in Banking, Insurance, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services transformation

- Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive communication skills

- Master's degree and fluency in English and German
