Part-Time Dispatch English Teacher!

We are currently recruiting energetic and enthusiastic English Teachers to join our team and work with our partner schools across the Tokyo area!

We provide dynamic English lessons to children from 0–6 years old, as well as older children through our afterschool programs, in:

*Nurseries
*Preschools
*Kindergartens
*Afterschool Programs

🌟 Minimum Requirements

* Fluent-level English proficiency
* Bachelor's Degree (required for visa sponsorship)
* Currently residing in Tokyo, Kanagawa, or Chiba
* Able to attend an in-person audition/interview at our office in Kawasaki
* Energetic and comfortable performing in front of children
* Loves storytelling and interactive teaching
* Willing to undergo training

⭐ Experience teaching in Japanese nurseries or kindergartens is a plus!

🧸 Part-Time Dispatch Teachers

You will visit assigned partner schools and conduct short, engaging English lessons using our curriculum. You will be responsible for leading the lessons independently while working alongside Japanese staff at each school.

⏰ Work Schedule

AM Shift: 8:30 – 12:30
PM Shift: 14:00 – 18:00
(Lesson times vary within these ranges and typically last 1–3 hours)

📍 Location

Multiple schools across:

-Tokyo
-Kanagawa
-Chiba

Assignments are based on:

✔ Your home train station
✔ School needs
✔ Best teaching fit

💰 Compensation

Training Rate: ¥1,225/hour
Dispatch Rate: ¥1,500–¥2,500/hour
(Final rate depends on evaluation and teaching assignment)
