JOB SUMMARY:

A Delivery Architect at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for providing solution leadership to mid-to-large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to Argano clients in the Oracle community. They will accomplish this by providing expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations and identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides functional leadership and oversight to the SCM functional team members in successfully implementing a wide range of Oracle SCM Cloud applications across different industries for complex, mid to large size implementations oftentimes simultaneously on multiple engagements

- Has extensive experience in leading Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions

- Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.

- Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both technical and functional solutions.

- Has solid experience in extending Oracle Cloud Applications, such as with PaaS and other extension approaches and technologies. This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications.

- Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.

- Leads, mentors, trains and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team on the ground

- Provides thought leadership and identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.

- Develops and implements long-term client strategies

- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes.

- Actively engages project stakeholders in the estimation process, being mindful of the impact of strategic business changes.

- Supports business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively.

- Collaborates with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiates contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client.

- Presents compelling business cases, clearly quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.

- Continuously monitors the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provides recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering,
