A growing creative production company making podcast-style video ads, UGC, and street-interview content for brands running paid social campaigns (primarily Meta). Their signature format: natural-conversation ads that feel organic, not like traditional advertising. The team is fully remote across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to serve as the CEO's right hand and own end-to-end delivery of client projects, coordinating a distributed team across research, scripting, talent sourcing, production, editing, QA, and delivery. You'll keep projects moving, manage handoffs and deadlines, catch blockers early, and ensure nothing reaches the client without passing quality checks.
Responsibilities

Serve as the CEO's right hand, providing close operational support across the business.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from onboarding through final delivery.

Attend onboarding calls alongside the Client Success Manager and capture key project details.

Track projects through Research Angles Scripts Talent Shoot Footage Edit QA Delivery.

Manage handoffs, chase blockers, and give final sign-off after QA.

Prepare director's briefs/call sheets and monitor product shipments.

Consolidate client feedback and manage scope creep.

Maintain documentation (Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io) and proactive status visibility.

Resolve day-to-day issues; escalate when necessary.

Build and maintain SOPs, QA checklists, and a unified project-tracking system.

Run post-project debriefs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations, project management, or production coordination.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Excellent written/verbal English and comfort working across time zones.

Proactive, with strong follow-up and accountability skills.

Comfortable with Click Up, Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io, and similar tools.

-
Sound judgment on when to solve issues independently vs. escalate.

Creative production/paid social agency experience.

Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Offer Details

Salary: $3,500–$4,000 USD/month

Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST, Mon–Fri
