Operations Associate (WFH)

About the job:
1. Identify and onboard potential vendor partners for RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and data acquisition for Databrewery.

2. Proactively reach out to prospective partners via calls and emails to pitch collaboration opportunities.

3. Negotiate contract terms, strike deals, and gather/evaluate vendor rate cards to ensure cost-effective data sourcing.

4. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of data.

5. Track work processes and handle coordination between external vendors and internal product/data teams.
