Junior Human Resources (HR) Associate (WFH)

About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior HR who is organised, people-friendly, proactive, and comfortable handling the fast-paced, day-to-day side of HR.

You'll work closely with the HR team and get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and employee coordination.

What You'll Do:

1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups and coordination.

2. Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and onboarding.

3. Maintain HR records, attendance, leave and employee data.

4. Coordinate with employees and managers on day-to-day HR requirements.

5. Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal initiatives.

6. Assist with HR policies, letters, contracts and other documentation.

7. Follow up on tasks and ensure HR processes are completed on time.

8. Support the HR team in keeping day-to-day operations smooth and organised.

What We're Looking For:

1. 0-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment; freshers with the right attitude can apply.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

4. Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Docs, forms and HR tools.

5. Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

6. Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

7. A practical, positive and people-first approach.
