Business Operations Associate (WFH)

About the job:
Applied Generative Solutions is a budding startup, and we are looking to hire a dynamic, high-energy, smart, and technically savvy Business Operations person to help manage the business efficiently. The person should be willing and open to contribute in multiple areas, including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate is someone who likes to own things, get things done and grow with the company, and willing to work in multiple areas and on various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage invoices, purchase orders (POs), timesheets, and billing activities.

2. Generate leads and support business development activities.

3. Assist with hiring and placement activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling.

4. Manage website updates, social media accounts, and LinkedIn marketing activities.

5. Handle customer outreach and customer success management.

6. Manage client relationships and coordination.

7. Support business operations and other related activities as required.
