About the job:
Vacancies

1. International Vacations Consultant: Handle international holiday enquiries, prepare itineraries and quotations, coordinate visas and bookings, and support guests through their trip.

2. MICE and Group Departures Consultant: Win and manage corporate and custom group business (meetings, incentives, conferences, events). This covers proposals, costing, execution and client care.

3. Fixed Group Departures Consultant: Plan, price and promote scheduled group tours. This covers supplier coordination, bookings, documentation and traveller care.

Common responsibilities

Understand client needs and respond to new enquiries quickly

Prepare itineraries, cost sheets and quotations

Coordinate with hotels, transport and other suppliers

Process bookings and documents after confirmation

Support travellers during the trip and collect feedback

Build long-term relationships with clients and partners

Skills required

Strong English, Telugu and Hindi communication

Sales and negotiation skills

Itinerary planning and cost calculation

MS Excel, Word and email; comfortable with WhatsApp and online booking tools

Good follow-up, organisation and attention to detail

Who can apply

1-4 years of experience in travel, tourism or hospitality sales or operations
