The Commitment

- Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies

- Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly

- Become an expert on the NetSuite application

- Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality

- Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training

- Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture

- Working on the design, build and test of system integrations between our client’s business systems

- Supporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects

The Essentials

Experience :

- 3-5 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, ideally in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.

- Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, IT, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail or health and beauty) implementations.

- Prior experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended.
