Requirements:

At least 6+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions

Proven track record in the role of Solution Architect or Senior Technical Consultant with a strong development background

Hands-on experience with:

Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or other CRM-related areas)

Designing and developing APIs for Dataverse-based solutions

Microsoft Power Platform :

- Power Apps (Model-driven and/or Canvas)

- Power Pages / Portals

- Mobile Dynamics 365 solutions

Solid experience in solution design, project planning, estimation, and costing

Strong understanding of system architecture, enhancements, and performance optimization

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills

The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable, high-quality CRM and Power Platform solutions, contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and working with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:

Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

Lead and support end-to-end implementations , ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery

Provide advisory support in digital transformation and enterprise systems

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams across EMEA

Oversee CRM implementations, including enhancements and integrations

-
Support project planning, estimation, and costing

-
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions

Mentor and guide technical teams when needed
