Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Solution Architect to join a complex implementation and data migration programme.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support custom Dynamics 365 CE functionality , including C#/.NET plugins and JavaScript/TypeScript web resources.

- Customize and extend Model-Driven Apps in line with business and technical requirements.

- Define and implement data migration approaches covering source analysis, data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.

- Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based services , including Azure Functions and Logic Apps, for integrations, automation, and asynchronous/background processing.

- Develop robust integration solutions using REST/OData APIs, middleware, custom APIs, connectors, and appropriate Dataverse integration patterns.

- Implement solutions involving complex data relationships, including approaches for scenarios requiring N relationship workarounds or connection entities .

- Establish and maintain ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, including solution packaging, source control, environment management, and automated deployments.

- Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical teams to convert business requirements into maintainable and scalable solutions.

- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Produce and maintain technical documentation and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and help ensure that delivered solutions meet required standards for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance .

What We Are Looking For:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform .

- Strong development background combined with the ability to operate at solution architecture level .

- Proven ability to work on enterprise-scale implementations and complex data migration projects .

- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, integrations, security, and scalability .

- Ability to independently analyse technical problems and propose pragmatic, maintainable solutions.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a cross-functional delivery environment .

- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables.
