About the Role

If you love bringing complex meetings and events to life from first idea to final reconciliation, this role is right in your sweet spot. You’ll lead end-to-end planning across sourcing, contracting, attendee management, onsite execution, and budget oversight while delivering a high-touch experience clients remember. This is a great fit for someone who’s equal parts strategic, organized, and creatively solution-oriented. You’ll be the go-to partner who keeps details tight, timelines moving, and service levels exceptionally high.
You’re Good At

- Managing end-to-end event planning for complex meetings and events, from creative concepting and sourcing through onsite execution and final billing reconciliation

- Building smart sourcing strategies, negotiating favorable contract terms, and keeping budgets aligned with client expectations and policies

- Creating a polished, high-touch client experience with strong communication, consultative guidance, and thoughtful recommendations

- Juggling timelines, attendee logistics, room blocks, reporting, and supplier coordination without missing the details

- Solving problems on the fly, staying calm under pressure, and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

You Might Also Have

- 5–7 years of event planning experience across sourcing, planning, attendee management, and onsite delivery

- A track record of bringing proactive, creative ideas that elevate the attendee experience and exceed client expectations

- Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, changing deadlines, and tight budget parameters

- Strong confidence working with meeting technology tools, data accuracy standards, and program reporting

- Familiarity with group air and coordinating VIP or special attendee needs

- This role is virtual and will require 25%-50% travel availability.
