ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer who turns ad spend into pipeline. You'll own paid campaigns end-to-end, strategy, funnel design, creative testing, tracking, and optimization, with a direct line to lead volume, CPL, and ROAS. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, and sales to build and scale campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, launch, and manage paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, owning performance from click to closed lead.

Build high-converting funnels and continuously optimize landing pages to lower CPL and improve conversion rate.

Run structured A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and turn results into scalable learnings.

Manage ad budgets across campaigns to hit ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets, shifting spend to top performers in real time.

Set up and maintain accurate tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4) for clean, trustworthy performance data.

Integrate ad platforms with GoHighLevel for accurate lead routing and follow-up.

Build retargeting campaigns and scale winning campaigns while sunsetting underperformers.

Partner with designers, copywriters, and sales on creative, lead quality, and conversion feedback loops.

Report on performance and key metrics on a regular cadence using dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years managing paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.

Proven track record improving CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate against real ad budgets.

Experience with funnel strategy, funnel building, landing page optimization, and CRO.

Experience running A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Experience with pixel installation and event tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4).

Experience with CRM integrations, lead routing, and retargeting campaigns.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment with U.S. business hours overlap.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel Funnels, Unbounce, Leadpages.

Familiarity with automating lead workflows using Zapier.

Experience building or customizing reporting dashboards in Looker Studio.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus.

Experience with Graphic is preferable!
