-
Campaign and Project Tracking: Maintain accurate campaign and study information, deadlines, metrics, comments, and project updates in Monday.com, spreadsheets, and other tracking tools.

-
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, sponsors, and external partners to ensure materials and campaign information remain accurate, current, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Bring 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, campaign coordination, or a related field.

- Have previous experience in healthcare, clinical research, patient recruitment, or a closely related industry.

- Have hands-on experience launching and monitoring digital or social media campaigns, with an understanding of campaign metrics, KPIs, and basic optimization.

- Are proficient in Excel for tracking and analyzing campaign data and comfortable using PowerPoint to create or update presentations.

- Have experience creating and updating marketing materials and accurately incorporating stakeholder feedback and revisions.
