WORK LOCATION

This is a remote position with eligibility in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MO, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, VT, D.C. Candidates must reside in one of the following locations for consideration.

PAY TRANSPARANCY

This role will offer $120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.

Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits as part of our total rewards package.
WORKING HOURS
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading Operations Support initiatives and enterprise-wide projects. This role identifies opportunities to optimize operational efficiency, drives business transformation initiatives, and ensures projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.

The Manager partners across business units and IT to develop business requirements, conduct cost-benefit analysis, manage project timelines, and implement scalable solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while aligning stakeholders toward common goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead enterprise and business unit projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to define business needs, document functional requirements, and assess operational impacts.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate participation across departments to achieve common goals.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.

- Develop frameworks to promote consistency and efficiency across lines of business.

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases to support transformation initiatives.

- Partner with IT teams to ensure system solutions align with business requirements and provide validation of deliverables.

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Monitor project progress and ensure appropriate resource allocation and stakeholder engagement.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and performance.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

- Minimum of (8-10) years of progressive professional experience, including at least three (5) years in project management or business operations roles.

- Experience in consumer lending operations or related industry preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured project plans.
