Premiere Project Consulting is a U.S.-based management and technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise program management, PMO development, AI-enabled business transformation, organizational change management, and operational improvement.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented LinkedIn B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help expand our client base, identify consulting opportunities, and build relationships with prospective clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research

Research U.S. companies, decision-makers, consulting firms, and potential subcontracting partners.

Identify opportunities for consulting engagements, fractional program leadership, and strategic partnerships.

Find qualified contacts and relevant business needs.

Outreach & Follow-Up

Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach using approved messaging.

Manage follow-ups and nurture prospective client relationships.

Assist with scheduling discovery calls for the founder.

Eventually conduct professional outbound phone outreach and follow-up calls as needed.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate, current lead and opportunity records in HubSpot.

Update contact information, outreach activity, lead statuses, pipeline stages, and next actions.

Ensure CRM data is complete and reliable for automated performance reporting.

Monitor pipeline activity and flag stalled or high-potential opportunities.

Business Development Insights

Identify trends, potential opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Recommend specific, executable actions to increase qualified leads, engagement, and conversions.

Participate in brief weekly performance and pipeline reviews.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of B2B lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, or business development experience.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience researching U.S. businesses and decision-makers.

Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.

Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and personalized email outreach.

Comfortable making professional outbound phone calls to U.S. businesses, even if phone outreach begins later.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.

Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve research and productivity.

Preferred: Experience supporting consulting firms, IT services, staffing agencies, or professional services businesses.

Compensation & Growth

Starting at $5-6 USD/hour for 5 hours per week, with an initial 30-day paid evaluation period.

Additional hours and responsibilities may become available based on performance and business growth.
