Legal Secretary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and legal teams at UK firms

- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence and court bundles

- Manage legal diaries, schedule hearings, client meetings and deadlines

- Handle client communications professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times

- Maintain and organise legal filing systems and case management databases

- Assist with billing, invoicing and time-recording for fee earners

Requirements

- 2+ years experience as a legal secretary or legal administrator

- Strong typing and audio-typing skills with high accuracy

- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal case management software

- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet environment
