PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Every person who joins Oxfam America should experience a hiring process that reflects who we are: thoughtful, inclusive, equitable, and grounded in respect.

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner who can bring that experience to life. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, help hiring managers make consistent and equitable decisions, and create an onboarding experience that prepares new employees to contribute from day one.

You will join a mission-driven organization working to end poverty and injustice by addressing the inequalities that cause them. Our work includes lifesaving support during crises and advocacy for economic justice, gender equality, and climate action.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys both sides of talent acquisition: building relationships with people and building the processes that help people succeed.

•Represent Oxfam America at virtual and in-person career events.
•Design talent analytics to track pipeline health and key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, acceptance and retention rate), and report on recruitment outcomes.

Cultivate a Welcoming and Engaging Onboarding Experience
•Facilitate a consistent, welcoming onboarding process for new employees.
•Develop role-specific onboarding experience with hiring managers and internal partners.
•Facilitate biweekly new employee orientation sessions.

•Enter and maintain accurate employee information in applicable HR systems.
•Partner with Technology and Information Management and the hiring management team to ensure employees have the equipment, access, and support they need.
•Gather feedback from new employees and managers to assess, refine, and strengthen the onboarding experience.
