- Monitor and respond to enquiries through Instagram and Meta Business Suite. • Proactively initiate conversations with leads who have engaged with the business but have not entered the ManyChat automation. • Build genuine rapport and have natural, empathetic conversations with prospective clients. • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's enquiry and needs. • Use client-provided conversation examples, sequences and templates while keeping communication personal and authentic. • Identify suitable leads and guide them towards booking a call. • Follow up with warm leads and people who have been invited to book but have not yet done so. • Track lead conversations, statuses, bookings and required follow-ups using an agreed system. • Maintain accurate records so no warm leads are lost within Instagram conversations.

• Track booked calls and assist with appropriate pre-call communication or reminders. • Communicate professionally and sensitively when discussing personal or health-related matters. • Attend team meetings and communicate with the client via Zoom.
