Klaviyo Manager — Email & SMS for 35+ Ecom Brands

We're hiring a Klaviyo operator who actually moves the needle. Not a button-pusher. Someone who can look at a dead flow, see what's broken, and fix it before anyone asks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Own Klaviyo across 35+ Shopify ecom brands we manage

- Build, audit, and optimize flows: welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, winback

- Write and test email and SMS copy that actually gets opened and clicked

- Run segmentation — stop the spray-and-pray. Build audiences that convert

- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement

- Report weekly on revenue-per -email , list growth, and flow performance per client

- Set up new Klaviyo accounts when we onboard a client — clean install, no mess

WHO YOU ARE:

- 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo. You can talk about specific flows that made real money

- You understand ecom. You've seen what a $10K/mo brand looks like vs a $100K/mo brand

- You write clean English. Short sentences. No corporate speak

- You're data-driven. You open Klaviyo and know within 30 seconds whether the account is healthy

- You flag problems early. You don't wait for clients to notice
