Junior Telecaller (WFH & Part Time)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to UK estate agents.

2. Introduce our company and services professionally.

3. Speak confidently with potential clients.

4. Build strong relationships with estate agents.

5. Identify potential business opportunities.

6. Follow up with interested prospects.

7. Convert prospects into successful clients.

8. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads.

9. Work towards agreed sales targets.

10. Communicate professionally with UK-based businesses.

EPC London is looking for a confident and motivated telemarketer to generate new business by contacting UK estate agents, introducing our services, and converting prospects into clients.

Salary & Commission:

- Fixed salary: 16,667 per month

- ** 5,000 commission for every successful client acquired!**

- No fixed limit on commission earnings.

Working Hours:

UK Time: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

India Time: 2:30 PM-5:30 PM and 6:30 PM-8:00 PM during UK summer time. Hours may change during winter.

Recruitment Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview following an initial screening. Immediate joiners are preferred.

- can work from 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time)

Other Requirements:
- 1. Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation.
- 2. Good understanding of UK English.

- 4. Confidence in cold calling and speaking with UK businesses.
- 5. Professional telephone manner and a target-driven attitude.
- 6. Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
