3. Updating and maintaining customer information in MS-Excel for future follow-ups.

4. Achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.

5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

6. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

7. Reporting on call activity and lead generation metrics to management.
