Junior Telecaller - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:
As a Junior Telecaller at Sunny_6400 Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your Hindi proficiency while engaging with our clients. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services.

7. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments to effectively communicate with customers and answer their questions.
