About us

JobRack helps small businesses and start-ups in the US and Europe hire remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa.

We're a fully-remote team of 8 just now. What sets us apart is that we actually know each other, support each other, and share one goal: helping our clients hire amazing candidates.

Why this role exists?
Here's the honest version.

Our clients are business owners. They're busy, they're often hiring for something they've never hired for before, and they're trusting us with a decision that really matters to them.

What they need isn't someone who takes the brief and disappears. They need someone who sits with them, asks the questions they hadn't thought of, tells them when something won't work, and genuinely gets excited about the person they end up hiring.

That's what a Recruitment Partner does. Partner is the important word.

You're not taking orders and you're not just filling a vacancy. You're their equal in the conversation, and we have clients who come back again and again because of how it felt to work with us.
You'll work on all kinds of roles.

We hire a lot in ecommerce, DTC marketing, creative, SEO, content, customer support, ops and project management, executive assistants, and finance too.

But you'll also work on roles involving software engineers, developers, data or product.

Good solid tech roles, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys them rather than tolerates them.

You'll join a small recruitment team and report to Chelsea, our Recruitment Lead.

You’ll get short feedback loops, quick decisions, and a lot of trust.

You'll also be working alongside our Sourcing Specialist, who does the heavy lifting on finding candidates.

You'll still get stuck into sourcing when a role needs it, and you'll need to be good at it, but you won't be spending your days in a boolean search.

Your time goes to clients, candidates and getting hires across the line.
