As a PLC / SCADA Programmer,you’llwork closely with engineers, project managers, field technicians, and clients to deliver reliable, high-quality automation solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

Program PLC logic and SCADA/HMI applications accurately and on schedule

Develop control logic, HMI screens, alarms, and system functionality

Assistwith on-site system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet scope, budget, and schedule

Support the development of internal programming standards and reusable libraries

Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on project needs
-
Contribute to department initiatives, marketing efforts, and continuous improvement

WhatWe’reLooking For
Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of PLC/SCADA programming experience inwater/wastewater processes

Strong understanding of industrial control systems and panel design

Working knowledge of field instruments and electro-mechanical devices

Ability to program using ladder logic, structured text, and VB scripting
-
Ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and control narratives
-
Experience performing on-site troubleshooting with team support

Comfortable learning new software platforms independently
-
Solid understanding of modern computer systems and industrial networks
