About the Role:
We areseekinga motivated and results-drivenTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our team. This remote role is ideal for a professional with a proventrack recordin recruiting and talent sourcing who is passionate aboutidentifyingand attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, includingclient calibration,job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing,client endorsement,and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build andmaintaina pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, toidentifypotential candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruit, etc...
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work during US hours to accommodate US Clients.
