Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to joinour growing remote team. In this role, you willbe responsible fordesigning, developing, testing, andmaintaininghigh-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and technical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, QA, and Design—to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient applications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while still contributing effectively to team collaboration and overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, andmaintainsoftware applications according to project requirements and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and efficient solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the software stack.

- Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and project timelines.

- Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of software releases.

- Stay updated withnew technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

- Support deployment activities and provide technicalexpertiseduring release cycles.

- Collaborate with the team in an agile environment,participatingin stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience ina softwareengineering or related technicalrole.

- Proficiencyin one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar).

- Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and technologies relevant to your tech stack.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a distributed team.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
